Terms of Service

By accessing or using Torzon Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Torzon operates as a decentralized, censorship-resistant platform in the Tor network. We provide no guarantees of service continuity, security of funds beyond escrow mechanics, or protection against law enforcement. Use at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time without notice or liability.

Section 01: User Responsibility & No Liability

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Torzon is not a financial institution, escrow service in the traditional sense, or custodian of funds. We disclaim all liability for lost funds, seized assets, compromised PGP keys, vendor scams, product quality issues, delivery failures, or any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform. No warranties are provided — express, implied, or statutory.

Section 02: Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban without refund:

  • Attempting to deanonymize other users, vendors, or moderators (doxing, IP correlation, timing attacks, etc.)
  • Using the platform for terrorism, child exploitation material, or active harm to individuals
  • Scamming, exit-scamming, non-delivery fraud, or fake reviews (detected via automated + manual review)
  • Spamming, flooding, DDoS attempts, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
  • Advertising external markets, phishing links, or competing services

Violation may lead to fund freezing in escrow, public exposure of your PGP fingerprint, or reporting to relevant darknet communities.

Section 03: Escrow & Dispute Resolution

All transactions use multi-signature or auto-escrow mechanisms. Funds are released only upon mutual agreement or moderator decision in case of dispute. Moderators act as final arbitrators — their rulings are binding and non-appealable. Torzon takes no side in disputes and does not refund users for bad decisions, product misrepresentation, or vendor non-delivery unless escrow conditions are explicitly violated. Bitcoin transactions carry higher risk due to traceability — use Monero to minimize exposure.

Section 04: Account & PGP Requirements

Accounts are identified solely by PGP public key fingerprint. No recovery is possible if you lose your private key — we do not store it and cannot assist. Passwords are not used or stored. You must enable 2FA via PGP challenge-response for high-value actions. Impersonation of vendors or users via fake PGP keys is prohibited and will be aggressively pursued.

Section 05: Operational Security & Mirror Usage

Use only official .onion mirrors signed with our master PGP key (fingerprint published on the main page and in pinned announcements). Never trust unsigned mirrors, clearnet links, or Telegram/Discord "official" channels — they are almost certainly scams. We are not responsible for losses incurred from fake mirrors or phishing attempts.

Section 06: Amendments & Termination

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or restrict your access without explanation or prior notice. In the event of platform shutdown, exit procedures (if any) will be announced via PGP-signed messages only. No refunds or compensation will be provided in case of voluntary or forced closure.
